Publicity and the Use of Student Images

We request your permission for video or photographic images of your child to be taken during school activities. If such images are captured, they would be used for the purpose of educating students, assessment and reporting to parents, promoting St Benedict’s School, or promoting Catholic education. We are also seeking your permission for the school to publish images and/or samples of your child’s works.

Our new Integrated Mobile App will simplify communication no matter what the information:

Reporting Information

In line with our Reporting to Parents Policy, St Benedict’s School completes formal reports on student progress at the conclusion of each semester. Reports are generated through the parent section of our school administration program: SEQTA Engage.

Reports are made visible electronically as a PDF file to parents at 3:30pm on the final day or Term 2 and Term 4. Reports are only able to be accessed through SEQTA Engage and will not be emailed directly.

Parents are required to create a username and password to access their child's report. Prior to the reports being visible to parents, the school will communicate information to ensure all parents can access the SEQTA Engage Portal.
