Fact sheet for parents and carers
The Nationally Consistent Collection of Data on School Students with Disability (the national data collection) is an annual collection that counts the number of school students receiving an adjustment due to disability and the level of adjustment they are receiving to access education on the same basis as other students.
SEQTA Engage is a powerful tool for parents to have an overview of their child's learning and assessments. It also provides a communication channel for parents and teachers, enabling greater collaboration and hopefully enhanced learning outcomes for the students.
Please see the link for the drop off and pick up operations with diagrams to help you understand.
We request your permission for video or photographic images of your child to be taken during school activities. If such images are captured, they would be used for the purpose of educating students, assessment and reporting to parents, promoting St Benedict’s School, or promoting Catholic education. We are also seeking your permission for the school to publish images and/or samples of your child’s works.
Our School has undergone a complex building expansion project
which has transformed our resources and buildings, and is
currently enjoyed by all students and staff.

Our new Integrated Mobile App will simplify communication no matter what the information:
CONNECTED provides critical real time information to where the recipients really need it – straight to your smartphone or tablet.
In line with our Reporting to Parents Policy, St Benedict’s School completes formal reports on student progress at the conclusion of each semester. Reports are generated through the parent section of our school administration program: SEQTA Engage.
Reports are made visible electronically as a PDF file to parents at 3:30pm on the final day or Term 2 and Term 4. Reports are only able to be accessed through SEQTA Engage and will not be emailed directly.
Parents are required to create a username and password to access their child's report. Prior to the reports being visible to parents, the school will communicate information to ensure all parents can access the SEQTA Engage Portal.
The following URL will direct you to the SEQTA Engage Portal to access your child's report: https://stbenedicts.coneqt-p.cathednet.wa.edu.au/
If you have any questions regarding reports or accessing the SEQTA Engage portal, please contact the school’s administration.
Please see below for the links to the presentation regarding Pre Primary and Year 1/2 reports. An example of each report template is also located below. If you have any further questions about reports, please see your child’s class teacher.
Please note that it is a legal requirement that all student absences be accompanied by a signed letter from the Parents or Legal Guardian
